Manoly Roofing Gallery
Windjammer's Job, Clinton, CT
September 11, 2021 - May 24, 2022The work was done over several months due to the amount of construction on this project. The home is partially circa 1724 and early 1900's. The entire roof of the 2nd floor of the left side, 1724, had to be torn off and rebuilt. Repairs were made to the chimney and a faux roofline was created on the first floor. 4 skylights were later installed. After this section was done work on the right side roof was started. In the late spring the inset roof was done with rubber and the roofing was completed.
Client Testimonial:
This project, my largest so far has been challenging and beyond. The house had not been lived in for over 25 yrs and I knew there would be many things that would be a last minute surprise. There were many moments of me saying, "I don't know what to do about that now", with every reply being "don't worry I will fix it". Many cold late days were spent to get through and always a smile and back the next day. My house is beautiful thanks to Benito and his crew. I would not want have wanted this work in anyone else's hands. Thank you are not big enough words for my gratitude.
